Data Conversion
The implementation of Syspro will have some minimal data conversion requirements in order to operate. We approach each conversion as a unique project and look to get the most value from the results. Even if we have converted from a specific product previously, the release levels, what the client has populated and how the information is used requires that our process be followed. The data is verified by running comparison reports from the old and new systems and by the implementation team using the converted data in the Conference Room Pilot.

Our project team will prepare the initial project plan and will validate that plan with you. The plan will allow for the successful monitoring and management of the project by incorporating the necessary checks and balances required to achieve results on time. The plan will include a communication plan, a scope statement, a change management plan, key milestones, an escalation plan, a reporting structure and the actual project schedule. This plan will clearly define the scope of work, and will have a project schedule and budget. On acceptance of the project plan proposal Inform-A-Tek will present the plan in the form of a comprehensive project charter.
